Neil Hargett

Neil started in the print industry as an apprentice litho printer serving a six year term (alongside people like Caxton).  He gained experience in colour printing, bookwork and cartons.  Words of wisdom since those years on press. "Technology has changed but the basics are the same."

Neil is a great believer in people.  He says "What sets a company apart is the people it employs.  We all run the same presses, the same paper and finishing equipment but it is how we react to clients demands, problems and crisis's as individuals that builds the personal lasting relationships."

Neil is as keen now as when he started.             

Paul Hampson

Commercial and Marketing Director

Paul has been with the company since 1987, apart from a two year absence when he gained experience working for a magazine printer and in the print finishing industry.  He has held the roles of Production Manager and Commercial Director and has returned to head up the commercial and marketing teams.

Paul has gained experience in the commercial print market over many years and has a wealth of knowledge second to none.
